The LIVE Country Store -- with even more things including beautiful chairs, sweet treats and jam -- at JamFest is on August 18 from 4 to 6:30pm.


The Live Auction will include new savory items in addition to delicious homemade pies, cakes, bread, jam and more.

In the Silent Auction, you can bid early online on these one-of-a-kind baskets. Final bids at JamFest in person.

Homemade Treats & JamFest 2021
It's the Place to Bee!
August 18th from 4:00pm to 6:30pm

Join us in person for JamFest.
This is the main fundraiser for the Council.

Wednesday, August 18th 4:00-6:30pm

At the Xenia Community Center, 1265 W. Second Street

Tickets: $10 per person. Tickets available at the Council office, at senior centers, or at the door. 


4:00-5:30pm  Refreshments and the Old Country Store, with beautiful, unique hand-crafted items, homemade jam, and other homemade treats.

4:00-5:00pm  Old-timey fiddle music with Stuffed Possum and Cornbread

5:15pm  Cloud Racing Tournament with announcer Roy Hatfield of WBZI Real Roots Radio. Some special guests will compete: Pam Conine (Mayor, Yellow Springs), Bob Stone (Mayor, Beavercreek), Sarah Mays (Mayor, Xenia) and Rob Hoffman (Deputy Mayor, Fairborn).

5:30pm  The live action-packed Homemade Treats & Jam Auction with auctioneer Roy Hatfield.

We will also have a Silent Auction (bid online here) and a 50/50 raffle, and we will raffle off a unique and beautiful table, hand decorated by our own talented Lisa! Buy raffle tickets in the Online Store, at the Council's office or in person at JamFest.
